I reset both my tv and wifi but it still doesn't work and I tried to connect it with IP settings in TV and I tried to add MAC address in sky gateway but it still cannot as below.

If it is the newer white type the issue can be the TV not liking the new higher WiFi security level thst unit provides. If you have a white hub find the WiFi Max hub settings in The My Sky app in the Broadband/Product Options. Choose Advanced Settings and WiFisecurity and change the setting from WPA3T to WPA2. Why some Samsung TVs require this change is not clear but it has beenn reported before.
Otherwise leave the TVs WiFi settings to the default Automatic setting so it can get the network details from the hub. There is no need to fiddle with fixed IP addresses unless you have specialist requirements. If you do change the settings after the TV has connected for the first time
