Ont power cable missing

How do I go about getting a new Ont power lead just moved into property and seems as old rental has taken it

@KieranWenlock quite why people nick the power supply defeats me. Call Sky and they will get Openreach out to replace it but thst may not happen until after the service goes live.

@KieranWenlock there is no number thst bypasses the bot but try not to engage with the infernal thing and you s hould becrouted to an agent.

Same issue with us - no power cable. Getting no help with the SKY bot or via telephone. Frustrating as hell!

I couldn't either - my husband just bought a multi-ended lead from argos which worked!

@agarroad88 using a third oarty power supply  not recommended as there are mutiple models of ONT in use and while that unit msy work on yours it could damage another unit. The ONTs belong to the network operator who are either Openreach or City Fibre if you damage one you will be charged . Always ask Sky to arrange a proper replacement normally a quick call sorts this out.
