Ont power cable missing
Hello,
I have moved house and the previous owner has taken the ONT power cable.
My sky broadband is due to activate on Monday 28th April.

You will need to report this to Sky so they can arrange Openreach to replace this for you.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thank you, I have tried to find a number but it doesn't seem to be loading. I don't have a Sky sim card but will try to keep looking for a number!

Look up the sky phone number on Google and ring them that way

That's not ideal when search results are manipulated by premium rate phone 'service' providers. It's always best to try and locate a number directly from the website of the company concerned.
