Ont missing

I have rented a house and there I didn't receive ont device what should I do?

The ont is the last thing to be installed

First I'd suggest checking if broadband delivery is going to be over FTTP.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

Activation date is 6th Nov. Sky had sent me the router with a cable but I dont have the ONT in this house.

If there's an optical fibre with a green rectangular jack plug, typically near a power socket and possibly with two small screws in the wall, that's a clue.

Could you copy and paste the notes. Either the previous occupants have madd off with it or its well hidden.

If the address is recorded as already having an ONT (which the link above would prove) but it is not present, then you need to call Sky so they can book Openreach to replace it.
