Ont issue
Hi, my WiFi seems to be dipping from working to not working, I think it's down to the ONT as the LAN / PON lights keep going off. Can you advise?

Re: Ont issue
@Joshua998 Is it both off the green lights that go out on the ONT, PON out and LAN out, does the power light stay green? To recover do you leave it and it all starts to operate again, or do you have to power off / on the ONT too make it all work?

Re: Ont issue
Hi, from 9am - 5.30pm was working fine, then suddenly it stopped after I left the house, the PON is off and the LAN flickers, now there's no power at all lol

Re: Ont issue
@Joshua998 check the power supply to the ONT if that is plugged in securely it sounds like a dodgy ONT. If there was an issue with the fibre line the LOS light (if the ONT has one)would be showing red. The LAN light flickering is normal simpky shows data is flowing between the ONT and hub.
