ONT box has no connection at all. No lights are coming on. Have checked all wires are connected. Have tried a different socket. Have switched on and off again. Nothing is working, resulting in having no use of my sky internet or tv.
@Rebecca28 If you have no lights on it then either the PSU for it has failed or the ONT failed, either way it would be a call to sky to report it faulty!
