My replacement router/ hub is working fine but does not show up in sky app. Nor can I turn off or turn on wifi via the app.. Yet apart from that everything is working correctly
@SpanishChapman Why the replacement hub, is it a like for like change or an upgrade from one type to another etc, there are all different effects that can happen depending on what was done, the control side and the app side also because off a reason, if not working then it would be a call to sky for a check to why!
