Same here. My internet stops working every 10-20mins too seems a lot of people are having this issue

@ianbro are you testing over WiFi by any chance? If so it is likely to be poor wifi in your home. However to confirm that run the Service Checker in the My Sky app and click onthe broadband link to see the speed history and the guaranteed speed for your line.


Wifi speeds are down to the layout and type of construction of your home plus the level of interference. Beyond making sure your hub is out in the open above obvious obstructions you are into spending money to get more kit.

It doesn't just stop giving the out put it used too though does it nothing has changed in my layout of my house when it was first installed was getting 289 mb not it's dogger so it's down too sky 

I haven't moved the router or put up any new walls lol

Have you added any other devices to your network? 

 

Maybe neighbours devices are interfering with yours? 

 

Have you tried changing the channel the router broadcasts to?

@ianbro run a speedtest on a device connected by a direct ethernet cable to test if it is the WiFi or the broadband connection.
