Only getting 350mbs

Hi my WiFi is gigabit and I'm only getting 350mps

@Staverose68  Over WiFi or to your hub?  What does the MySky app show your hub speed as?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your broadband (over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub) is gigabit (minimum 600Mbs)

 

If the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account then your minimum contracted wireless speed is a whole 25Mbs
