Only Getting 16MBps Download Speed and 4MBps Upload Speed
On the MySky app, it says my guaranteed minimum download speed is 29MBps but I'm only getting 16MBps according to speedtest.net. The app itself claims I'm getting 26MBps but this is not the case. Despite this, the app recognises that the speeds to my hub are poor, especially the download speed. How do increase these to the 60MBps download and 16MBps upload speeds advertised for Super fast broadband, or how do I get in contact with someone who can help?

Could you post your router stats
Using speedtest can be unreliable due to most people using wifi
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Those are national averages, and simply not achievable when the address is more than about 500 metres from the local fibre cabinet.
FTTC Speed vs Distance
If your Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed is 29Mbs then you are considerably further away than that, and fundamental physics applies.

If they are unable to provide such speeds, I shouldn't have to be paying for them. Either way, the speed of my internet is still just over half of the Guaranteed Minimum and this is still way too slow and makes everything unnecessarily slow.

Using FTTC, ISPs simply cannot deliver an 'average' speed over more than average copper line length: that would require breaking laws of physics. Both the ASA and Ofcom have historically permitted the use of 'average' speeds in advertising for Superfast broadband which they know cannot be applicable to all addresses.

That's different: wired speed below the Guarantee should be investigated, although note that the actual 'guarantee' is of a small refund and early exit without penalty if it's not resolvable.
WiFi speed is not the same as Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed.

As @cookiemonsteruk posted above, if you could provide your Hub stats, those would show if the likely issue is with the phone line (which is covered by the guarantee) or local WiFi (which isn't)
