Only 3 lights on router

Hi,

 

I have been a sky customer for 5 years and on Friday I had fibre fitted everything was fine till I got a text saying that my activation had gone through now I have no internet. The voice light on my route is blank. I feel like I have a wire missing which is preventing it from working

@Thomasjam Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
