Hi,
I have been a sky customer for 5 years and on Friday I had fibre fitted everything was fine till I got a text saying that my activation had gone through now I have no internet. The voice light on my route is blank. I feel like I have a wire missing which is preventing it from working

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
