Have sky got an online chat service? Hate having to ring them and spend an age on hold when it's just a quick question. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a WiFi booster to be delivered so i assume they forgot about it. Just a quick chat service would be so much better for everyone.

Not 100% sure of the difference to be honest. A unit to go halfway between router and sky glass tv because I'm losing around 4/5gb of speed downstairs.
