After transferring from virgin I immediately started having trouble with my connection. When going online with PS4 within 10 minutes the game freezes, if I go straight to my sky box it shows no internet connection. I end up having to reset it. I've had an engineer out 2 weeks ago but the problem is still happening. He changed my router saying it was faulty but never asked me to check PS4 online he was confident that he fixed it. The connection drops in my first online game every time but seems okay after resetting the router with the WPS button. I've given it enough time thinking it might resolve but I'm now sick of resetting every time I want to play online. Can anyone help please?
