I have broadband to package every month I speak to your team get into a pack and every month following am billed an out of contract price I have endlessly called and had the line ended with no resolution

Yoir post is a bit difficult to understand so if you are saying you have agreed a discounted price with Sky and they are billing you more then what date do you agree this price on ?

Numerous phone calls beginning when I came out of commitment in April /may and that's okay then I Wil try them AGAIN directly I thought this was an online chat assistance however the other chat in app diverted me to call just an hour ago ,I called they said they were experiencing technical issues and couldn't load the system and again no further forward same thing every month
