Ongoing issue since installation

I had an engineer booked a couple of weeks ago but cancelled as we were on holiday. We've returned and the issue is still the same - no stable connection - constantly dropping in and out. We'd like to rebook an engineer please.

@LGD75 You need to call sky to do so, as you have an existing issue they should be aware of what you have spoken to them about previously!
