Ongoing internet unreliability at home

Our Internet connectivity at home is poor ongoing for phones, laptops etc and now Internet TV is glitches all the time. 

 

I have spoken to sky and recommendation was a new router which is now installed but the problems are the same if not worse!

 

Are there any solutions or are others having similar issues?

What is your broadband speed to the hub ? Go to the my sky app  broadband  and run service checker,this will tell you what speed  you are getting  and if there is any problems  in your  area, also if you  have  Netflix  open  the app  go to  help click  on  that  and go to check  my  network  and that will tell you  what speed  your  tv is getting
