I would like somebody to contact me regarding our ongoing issue with sky and our internet issue and now tv interruption.
The problem as you well know with the internet has been going on for years. Now it’s effecting the tv also.
The way we have been treated by sky is disgusting. Callbacks promised and not received, lies, and constantly being dismissed and the problem still not sorted.
Interruptions have caused issue with my computer and pad as the have been suddenly been interrupted by loss of connection so corrupted the process.
And still sky has done the bare minimum until now.
I’ve explained I’ve a disabled partner since the beginning of this.
I’ve also had an auntie in heat failure who we sadly recently lost. And my mother in law whom is palliative due to cancer and dementia. The internet has been relied upon and it’s been frustrating not being able to watch the tv now.
But you take your bill every month. So I ask you straight to the point….what are you doing about it apart from digging up the road …again.
When will it be fixed. And what are you going to offer as some form of rumination or should I say apology for all your company has put us through.
this is simply not fair anymore . The problem has been going on for years now.
i had no joy with ccas as the deemed their was no fault on sky behalf.
so I contacted a well known tv show that helps with these issues. Specialising in the elderly or vulnerable. I would hate to take these measures but enough is enough I feel.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shelb22 You are not making contact with Sky by posting here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers with a few Sky staff, the staff here have no access to any complaints you may have made and will be unable to assist you, and no one will call you based on you posting here.
If ccas have deemed Sky are not at fault then there is little you can do to force Sky to fix a problem, that they have been advised isn't their fault.
If the problem has been going on for years why haven't you moved provider? It makes zero sense to stay with a company your having issues with.

You appear to be misunderstanding the role of an ISP: Sky does not dig up roads.
ISPs purchase wholesale connectivity from a network provider: in the UK that's Openreach, and only Openreach can carry out infrastructure work.
If there is an ongoing problem with the physical connection to your address then no ISP can resolve that directly: they are obliged to have Openreach investigate.
ISPs are also not responsible for the wireless environment within your property.
Do you actually have a current open fault report with Sky?
Note that this would be different to an open complaint about customer service.
