Ongoing Internet connection problems

Every day my Sky Broadband is dropping out, I cannot use my Sky Tv either, rang Sky who advised can't find a problem, but as of today I am still having the same problem, I have a life line connected to my Sky Talk line too and this cannot dial out ever.  I have only had this connection problem since my broadband package was changed to a lower priced one, am sure Sky are behind this.
