Hi everyone,
I have a weird issue where some images on one specific website won't load for me, it's like they time out and just show the broken image icon. It's not all images, but it's the same images every time, I think mostly SVGs and PNGs, it's the ones with a transparent background which seem to be affected.
Unfortunately the site in question is the site I work for (I've only just switched to Sky so haven't been having this problem for long). I've contacted our company's IT who have remoted on and identified my WiFi as the issue ("sky just doesn't seem to like where that link comes from for whatever reason, any other website that has data stored in the same place will run into the same problem" in their words), as nobody else is having this issue and it does work when I tether my laptop to my phone.
It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm on the work VPN or not. It does work in Safari, but not Chrome or Edge (but I have to use Chrome and Edge for my job).
I have the white WiFi max/WiFi 6 hub and have seen somewhat similar posts in the community but don't know if this is the same problem, and one solution I saw suggested I didn't understand how to do the fix 😅 I've also looked for a phone number for technical support but couldn't find one so thought I'd try here first.
Would anybody have any idea on what the problem is and how to resolve it? Desperate to be able to see the website that I work on as our customers would!
Many thanks,
Adam

Thank you! Called and spoke to tech support who tried a few things but in the end it was a bloomin' factory reset of the router that has fixed it 🙄
