One Touch Switch?

New customer here about to transfer from Virgin to Sky next week.  I just contacted Virgin to tell them I'm leaving and they asked if I wanted to give them 30 days notice or else use "one touch switch".  How do I advise Sky of this?
I signed up to Sky a few weeks ago and don't remember any mention of one touch switch during the process.

Thanks.

@cullencraig

It's too late now if you've already ordered Sky Broadband.

This link explains the offer but you'll need to give notice to leave VM now.
