New customer here about to transfer from Virgin to Sky next week. I just contacted Virgin to tell them I'm leaving and they asked if I wanted to give them 30 days notice or else use "one touch switch". How do I advise Sky of this? I signed up to Sky a few weeks ago and don't remember any mention of one touch switch during the process.

@cullencraig the one touch switch is the drfault route the customer does not need to ask for it tombe used.
