One-Switch

I've switched to Sky from Virgin media but Virgin have not been informed this has completed (4 days ago).

 

Is this usual, as Sky chat were very unhelpful and advised me to contact Virgin which I have done and they are awaiting sky to confirm!

@ChrisCornish So it does sound like VM are aware at least the OTS was used and as they say need sky to confirm it's all done, unless VM have or not got the message from sky and doing the let's keep it going!
