On going speed and connectivity issues

I hope this finds you well.

My Wi-Fi has been slow and struggling to connect for basic stuff like watching YouTube or browsing internet or going on social media even when there's only 1 person connected with 1 device at a time. Even if we are 1-2m away from the router. This has been ongoing since activation and was told it would be resolved after a while. We've done all the resetting steps required multiple times with to help. I implore you to help or as a gesture of good will to upgrade our package so we at least receive the speed we were promised.

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky so try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
