Hi, I have the sky hub sr102 but my internet has been really bad for quite a while now and keeps losing connection, just wondering will I be able to get a new one for free or do I need to pay for one. Thanks

That is indeed old to the point of being obsolete. In my opinion any replacement should be free but we are getting reports that people are being charged where the old hub is out off warranty.
