Old board band wall socket

Non compatible boardband phone socket . Need Sky to arrange engineer to install ! Can't find any help .

What exactly isnt compatible about it? Why are you trying to use it? Is this a new broadband install or existing connection?

I just join the sky boardband and discovered the phone socket too old and need engineer to replace. Regret it's helpless form Sky team !

Just state your issue as a broadband technical issue and then ignore all prompts to check the website or text messages

Note that if the problem is it's an old Openreach master without an inbuilt filter (top row below), the simplest solution is to purchase a plug-in microfilter to provide the correct RJ11 socket for the Hub cable: Sky used to supply these with every Hub, but no longer do so.  Hardware shops (and even charity shops) typically have microfilters for very little cost.
