Ol4 outage?

Internet is down in Oldham for sky?

my router has a green then amber then green then amber light 

suppose to be working from home so not great

Issue must have been a local one as working again now 

hope same for others impacted

If you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to confirm if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby.

This should determine if there's an identified fault perhaps affecting multiple households.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).

Its worth adding that for customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.

Many thanks for the response ... been round in circles with the test saying an issue they'd fix it then says all fine and prompts to come here 

Looks I need to call grrrr

Anyone got a number I can call from a mobile as online just loops to online hep and no way to actually call

Have you managed to get in touch with sky to see if local issue please and thus when likely to fix? Just hoping you have had better luck than me thanks

Problems in ME2. Saya everything is connected and working but won't connect to the Internet. Working from home so not your helpful 😒

Spent over 40 Mins on call with them and engineer due out tomorrow and new router on order as back up but ask still looking into a possible wider local issue so hope it gets sorted for you too!
