Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SUEadrian sounds like some of your devices have poor connection to the hub's WiFi. By "nests" do you mean security cameras? If so and they are outside your home they can be difficult to network as the external walls of your home will greatly reduce the wifi signal. Same applies to your ev charger but if they worked before it should be possible to connect them now.
Do you have the white Sky Max hub as part of the upgrade to full fibre?. What system did you have before the upgrade and has thelocation of the hub changed? Do you have Sky Q tv boxes? The answers to those questions will help work out what is required.
