LG tv not connecting to WiFi

My LG tv is not connecting to my WiFi - all lights on the router are green. I have my Hive wired and an iPhone on WiFi successfully but when I enter the correct password on the TV it just says "unable to connect to the network"

@SKYLINE100 disconnect mains power until the power led goes out then restart it which should cause the set to reboot and try again which normally works as the reboot clearscthe memory location that stores the password.
