Obtain a sky max booster pid

Hi, anyone advice how to actually speak to a human at sky to try and get a booster pod as the max hub signal is quite poor. Ring 150 and two landlines and just get the ai bot that sends you in circles without the option to speak to someone

@Berylb do not accept any offers of texts etc and simply say somrthing like Broadband technical issue. Lines are very bust follwing the storm etc

 

Assume you arexaware yhe pods only come as part of yhe WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Thanks Chrissie, I will try that in the morning and yes I have the WiFi Max.
