Hi all,
Openreach appear to have an incorrect postcode for my property making it impossible to change providers. I have been told by quite a few people that sky as my current broadband provider need to raise an ORDI (open reach data intergrity) to have openreach update the database.
The problem i'm facing is i seem to be going round in circles with Sky as they don't seem to understand the concept. The last rep i spoke to provided me a number for legal claims department with openreach...
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MMMDG this has come up innthe past but I dont think Sky have a process to do this which you can understand as it opens them to losing a customer. My understanding is any ISP can do this but that could be wrong .

Hi, I have the same problem, I need sky to create an ORDI to get my postcode updated with Openreach.
Did you get anywhere with this or does anyone else have any suggestions?

It is possible their specialist Order Recovery team could do so - they deal with Openreach when orders go wrong - but unless your order has got stuck they dont get involved. In the past BT Retail seemed to be able to get these done but now they are EE things may have hanged.
