OPENREACH CONNECTION IS FAULTY

My open reach modem usually has 3 green lights, for the last half hour the LOS light is red and will not connect. 

I have tried to restart it and had no success. There's clearly a fault somewhere. Reporting faults to sky is so difficult can someone help please.

@Bobbyr944  Have you tried to call Sky to report this fault? Have you ran the Service checker to see if it picks up the fault?
