Hi, my ONT box has suddenly switched off and there is no internet working in the house due to this. The power plug is still connected, we haven’t touched or changed anything, but there are no lights switched on, on the box at all. We have disconnected and reconnected the plug etc. but still no luck. How do we go about fixing this? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
