ONT

Hi, my ONT box has suddenly switched off and there is no internet working in the house due to this. The power plug is still connected, we haven’t touched or changed anything, but there are no lights switched on, on the box at all. We have disconnected and reconnected the plug etc. but still no luck. How do we go about fixing this? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

@Jordan+Tait Sky need to be told so they can get the unit replaced. To make that easy for you I am escalting your post to the team that supports the forum who will invite you onto a private chat through the forum. Look for a chat icon appearing on pages in the forum.
