The terminal that provides sky fibre has a red light on the There has been a red light on the PON section since 11pm last night. I have tried unplugging and waiting to try and reset, but no joy.
Due to this there is no internet in the house at all. The app says there is an issue but sends you in a loop. Virtual chat does the same.
Any ideas?
