I also have a missing ONT power cable in my new home and wanted to get this sorted asap as our WiFi is set to be activated tomorrow and we have a SkyGlass TV, which therefore will not work without WiFi... Please can someone help.

my Openreach ONT power cable is missing. Please can you escalate this so Openreach can install one?

@KOS1  No with it missing once you are activated Sky will get Openreach to come out and replace it for you, but this will not be done unless you have an engineer visit or you have to contact Sky if it is a remote activation after it happens.

moved in yesterday evening and same problem they've taken power cable 🤯

Hi, our power cable has been taken with the last owners and we are having the broadband activated by Openreach tomorrow. 
can someone help with what I need to do to get one sorted please?

You could try calling Sky today, but unfortunately I suspect you may have to wait until the activation has happened and then log a fault to get a replacement ordered.

No ONT power cable. Need to escalate to openreach activation was 1st October been trying to get in touch with sky since and no number
