ONT power cable broken
The pin on the plug of my ONT power cable is broken.
i have spoken to customer service who have advised that they would need to book an engineer to come and fix it which says to me the customer service person didn't understand what I meant.
the ont and the router are both fine, it's the plug of the power supply to the ONT. Currys don't have one. Anyone know how I get a replacement??

Re: ONT power cable broken
Openreach and isps don't supply replacement power cable they tend to replace the ont instead

Re: ONT power cable broken
That seems like an awful way to just change a power cable that would be more cost effective
