I'm a new sky customer my set up date is today . I have a faulty ONT there is no power at all in it. No lights coming on also it's out the kitchen . I read online that your not suppose to have your sky box in a kitchen especially next to the sink which mine is
@Bonny4 Depending on the ONT you have, there is a power on/off button just incase it is off, also check that the socket for the PSU is working! After today when the system is installed for you then you can call up sky and report it if still not working, will be after midnight to night though so tomorrow will be the day to call!
