ONT not installed

I have had a text fron Sky to say that I am switching to fibre on Oct 19 but do not have an ONS installed.

If it's the first time FTTP has been ordered at the address then the optical cable installation (including the ONT) could happen anytime between now and the 19th.

Thanks for the reply.

Sky have told me that I am to receive a conversion pack and will be connected remotely and that no engineer will call. But I do not have an ONT connection.

I need an engineer to call.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
