ONT missing

The ONT is missing in my new property. I need this to be able to set up the broadband router. I can't ring Sky about this because I am abroad. How do I contact them to be able to sort this? I have tried the virtual assistant but it just goes around in circles.

@Issue+sorter Is it an engineer or remote activation? What is tge activation date? If an engineer is due they may well provide an ONT as thry carry these units..

 

However if its a remote activation we are told Sky cannot get Openreach to replace the ONT until after the activation has failed. I know that sounds poor but according to Sky Openreach simply won't accept requests until that point.
