ONT device Not connected

Hi there, in my house the ONT device is not connected in my house, so please arrange an engineer to connect as soon as possible. Thank you

@Prakas It's not connected to what, if you need to connect to a sky Hub then that is for you to do! Everything else about the ONT then you need to call sky Direct and speak with them!
