Its the notes below the table . The cabinet refers to fttc lines and fttp bypasses direct to the exchange . We are looking for where it refers to single dwelling or mdu thru to any anticipated issues and whether the ont exists or can be ordered

What speed did you request?
Ideally then we would need to see the table of availability itself to see if fttp is available . You only need an ont for full fibre

@cookiemonsteruk is suggesting you post the first couple of lines of text from below the table: this confirms whether or not there should currently be an ONT in the property at all.

There's a possibility that a previous resident has left with the ont as it shows ont exists. Unfortunately openreach will not accept an order for a new ont in these circumstances until activation date
When are you due to be activated,?
