ONT Box Missing and cant text back to OpenReach

Whilst trying to set up my new FFTP Broadband i discovered the previous house owners had removed the ONT box, for some reason the text back to openreach where i could indicate this will not send, from what i can see this is a common issue on text with Openreach

@AMROWLEY normally the texts from Openreach only work if you send either Y ot N. If you wantvtonexplain the issue call Sky who will becablecto get a replacement ONT sorted.
