Joined sky yesterday, can't make or receive calls through the master socket, tried through the hub and I can only receive calls but can't call anyone

It was installed at 9:21am yesterday morning, we weren't told it needed to be plugged into the hub so we left it in the master socket until 8am this morning and finally swapped it over.
Testing again we can receive calls but can't me them.

And to make matters worse, this is my granny's house, there is 4 phones in the house and 3 won't work at all as there connected to phone sockets

Regarding your other phones that are not working, this is expected because all calls now go through the Sky hub so the telephone sockets are redundant. If you need multiple phones in the house you'll need to get a set of cordless dtec phones that have a single base station which plugs into the hub

That was no explained at all! Not once did they say we would need to plug our fone into the hub or that our other fones will stop working
