Nowhere near the minimum broadband

Sky, I dont have the time to call you and there's no signposting to a chatbot. 

I'm not getting the minimum 600 speed I pay a fortune for. 

Please fix this.

@RyanP80  You are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself.

 

What device are you using to measure the speed with? Cna you provide a screenshot of a speed test and if possible do this with a device connected via ethernet cable to the router.

No, becasue I pay for the service and dont get paid to do the work for a service I'm paying for.

@RyanP80 There is no need for multiple threads, you should be made aware you are not speaking to Sky here the forum is manned mainly be fellow customers, the few Sky staff here will have no idea who you are so telling them to fix it is pointless.

 

If you are having issues with WiFi as stated in your other thread then Sky probably won't be able to do anything as there are that many factors that can impact the speeds and stability of WiFi.
