I spoke to someone today at Sky. Who confirmed that Broadband should still be showing in my NowTv account and that it was an error that they were aware about. No timeline on when it would be fixed. But that it should reappear in the NowTV account. I'm wondering if someone else at Sky can confirm this?

I asked a Sky contact to look into the problem of why Sky agents cannot help. The reason why they  cannot provide support is due to the fact they cannot acccess NowTV Broadband customers accounts as the two systems are separate. .

Sky customer services cannot help as the account systems are simoly not compatable you have to use the channels in that link.

I tried twice. First time got through loads of automated menu choices but never got a human. Second time they said there was a problem and cut me off.

Yes I'm having the same issue, I can't make a sky account that will acknowledge I'm paying them for my internet. So frustrating

I gave up in the end, cancelled my contract and ive gone elsewhere, you won't get any joy with these clowns!
