Nothings working
Hi there
yesterday it was fine and now no sky in any room, internet is really slow. Sky said satellite/broadband issue. I have followed the steps on the app and it's said big red exclamation marks all over the house. Says broadband is slow and doesn't meet the guaranteed speed. But then I run through the checks "make it faster" and then it says all sorted. But still nothing is working.

If you give Sky a call they can run some tests on your line if the online checker here hasn't helped:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
