Nothing working

Everything down landline broadband tv !! Sky useless just get some call center in another country being condescending , I'm paying for services I'm not getting do I do a chargeback with my bank as sky have not fixed issue

That's the worst thing you could do. Billing continues throughout any fault and in respect of broadband and landline there is compensation. 

This link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

 

There is no such compensation for TV services.

As I mentioned useless help from sky im using all my saved data because they still havnt fixed faults over all my services . Im paying and getting nothing no compensation they have been aware of fault which I've screenshot

As I mentioned you won't see any compensation whilst the fault is still ongoing. It's only applied after it's fixed.

The orange lite is flashing on my hub my land line doesn't work and now my TV won't work and you cannot watch another channel if you are recording anything on sky.

@Maxpower02 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
