Nothing is working

Engineer has been out today. Put a new plug on wall said the old one was the issue. But I still can't use any devices only the ring cameras everything is connected but can't watch and telly or look at anything on my phone through the WiFi

Was everything working before the engineer left, what is happening when you use your devices so do they show as connected ?
