I joined sky in October 2024 and was put u to a 2 year contract, my wifi CONSTANTLY goes off yet as soon as I check on the app it magically works while it runs the checks then as soon as I go on to do something else it goes off again, so so fustrating! Live in an area with poor signal so rely on internet to be able to access things and it's so unreliable I don't know what more I can do!

Could this be due to a poor wifi signal as this is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
