Hi I ordered sky broadband about a month ago, 145mb/s
I haven't yet been setup or even got my router sent out yet.
I see the Black Friday deal for 500mb/s at a cheaper price than the one I have ordered for 145mb/s
Can I changed to this deal as I haven't officially started using this service yet?

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Doing so might mean you activation date is pushed back though.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ryan199 shile you can cancel and reorder doing thst is likely to delay the date you get the service unless you are very lucky.
