No internet

Have had no internet all day now, was working fine yesterday then suddenly not working. No way of contacting sky or speaking to an actual person very annoyed and inconvenient as a student I now cannot do any work as mobile data is too slow

@car475 Sky answer around 100k calls per day so it is possible to call them it just takes some time and patience just decline offers of texts etc and stay on the phone. However before doing that use the Connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which will tell you if there is a known fault in your area.
