Not yet connect any TV, broadband or Telephone

My engineer not turn up on 16th August AM up until presentable I still not been connected on any of sky TV or broadband or telephone service yet. No service for my house, why it said is active for my service?

@WinniKamYung You need to call Sky.

 

This is a forum of other Sky customers. Also even if Sky Customer Services were on this forum they wouldn't know who you are as your forum account isn't linked to your Sky account
